The Daily TEN exercises

1. Jog in place for 60 seconds

2. 15 jumping lunges

​

3. 60 second plank

​

4. 20 air squats

​

5. 15 supermans

(Lie down on your belly and lift both your hands and legs up as high as you can. Hold for 3 seconds.)

​

6. 10 pushups

​

7. 15 V-ups

​

8. 60 second wallsit

​

9. 30 second leg raise

(Lie on your back with your legs out straight. Lift your legs up off of the ground about 6 inches and hold.)

​

10. 30 jumping jacks
